National Junior Honor Society
The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) elevates a school’s commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship and helps middle-level students develop the knowledge and skills to become well-rounded student leaders in their school, community, and beyond.
NJHS chapters operate in all 50 states and schools around the world, engaging and serving more than one million students.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) application period is now open for eligible 6th and 7th-grade students at WRMS! NJHS recognizes students who exemplify the five pillars of Scholarship, Character, Leadership, Citizenship, and Service.
To be eligible, students must:
✅ Be a current 6th or 7th-grade student at WRMS
✅ Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for the 2024-2025 academic year
✅ Demonstrate scholarship, leadership, service, character, and citizenship
✅ Have no honor code violations for the 2024-2025 school year

Students selected for NJHS will be notified on or before May 23, 2025. Parents and students should review all NJHS materials together in Google Classroom before submitting an application. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee membership.
